Sales Associate:

Get excited.  Make money. Have fun. Our Sales Associates guide the customer journey from inquiry to installation. We’re looking for a sales associate that can help home and business owners navigate a remodeling investment. While you will certainly be expected to soak up product knowledge, your most important trait is the ability to bond with prospective customers. You’re the kind of person that customers naturally like and trust.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Handle sales from start to finish.
• Answer customer questions on the phone and in the showroom.
• Maintain a neat and orderly showroom.
• Sell flooring and floor care products.
• Prospect for new Business.
• Manage time in the showroom, in the customer’s home and prospecting for new clients.
• Undergo extensive product and sales training to become a certified flooring expert.

Warehouse Associate/Manager: 

$16 Hourly | Full-Time

Job Description:

Seeking a warehouse manager to join our team. Work hours Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading flooring company and oversee all warehouse operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing warehouse procedures, receiving, and efficiently storing products, entering information into our inventory management software, alerting sales staff and office personnel when products are received, preparing products to be sent out on jobs, conducting physical counts of products in our inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. In addition, various tasks related to the showroom such as assembling displays will be occasionally needed as well as working periodically at our 2^nd warehouse location.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a warehouse environment, possess strong organizational skills, have attention for detail, good communication skills, be self-motivated, and can operate a forklift. A clean driving record.
